Shipping and delivery

We deliver by post from the EU to addresses in the EU and UK. All prices include delivery, and UK orders are shipped DDP (duty paid), so you won't be charged customs or handling fees on delivery.

Ripple is published six times a year. Each issue is despatched a few days after its release date and is expected to arrive within approximately two weeks. Delivery times vary by destination country.

Your first issue is the next issue whose release has not yet passed. Before you pay, the shop shows which issue that is and when it should arrive, which can be more than 30 days after your order.

A current issue bought separately is sent apart from your subscription, usually within 5 working days of your order.

If you need to change your delivery address, do it in your account, or email hello@ripple-magazine.com, at least 7 days before your next issue's release date. Changes made after that apply from the following issue.
